Daisy’s Diary

Dear Diary,
June is here, and it's brought a burst of energy to Winchester Country Club! The kids are out of school for the summer, and the clubhouse is buzzing with excitement and laughter. I’m in the middle of all the fun, wagging my tail and making sure everyone’s having a great time.
The geese have decided to make a comeback, but I’m on paw-trol, diligently ensuring they keep their distance. Chasing them off the greens is an important job, and I take my role very seriously—though I must admit, it’s a lot of fun too! The golfers seem to appreciate my efforts, and I always enjoy a good pat on the head as thanks.
Now, let’s talk about the pool – it's open 7 days a week now, and it's the place to be this summer! While I keep my paws dry, watching the joyful splashing and listening to the laughter is absolutely delightful. There's even a brand new snack bar menu, drink menu, and kids' combos that have everyone buzzing. The aromas wafting from the snack bar are enough to make any pup drool!
And, oh, the junior golfers! With school out, there are more young players on the course than ever. It's a joy to watch them practice and play. I feel like a proud mascot, overseeing their progress and maybe inspiring a few future pros.
So, Diary, June is shaping up to be a fabulous month full of sun, fun, and a little bit of goose-chasing. Here’s to a summer filled with adventure, tasty treats, and plenty of good times at the club!
Sunshine and tail wags,
Daisy 🐾
