WCC offers a private seasonal pool for members and their guests. Members enjoy access seven days a week, along with on-site locker rooms, a poolside grill with alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, a waterslide, splash pad, waterfall, diving board, dedicated lap lanes, and a playground.

Swim Lessons

Swim lessons are offered on-site at Winchester Country Club. Lesson frequency and timing can be customized to fit your schedule. Lessons are available for ages 6 months through adult and are open to WCC members only. Weekly classes run Monday through Thursday and are $150 per week. 

  • Build comfort and confidence in the water for both parent and child through basic water activities, songs, and guided play. 

  • Build confidence in the water while focusing on breath control, front and back kicking, floating, gliding, blowing bubbles, and safe pool entry and exit. 

  • For swimmers who have passed or tested out of the Guppy level. Focus includes independent floating, streamline off the wall, refined kicking, and introductory freestyle form.  

  • Refine streamline position and breath control while developing freestyle, backstroke, butterfly kick, and diving skills.

  • Develop stronger freestyle and backstroke technique while continuing work on butterfly, diving, and an introduction to breaststroke.  

  • Focus on starts, turns, treading water, and endurance training to prepare for swim team or competitive swimming.

Practices begin in June and run through July. $100 sign-up fee includes the end-of-the-year banquet, t-shirt, swim cap, participating events, SVSL Dues, and will contribute to the purchase of new lane lines.

Barracudas Swim Team

  • Open to WCC Members between 5-18 years of age and able to swim the length of the pool freestyle.

  • Morning practices June 1st-12th

    • Mon-Thurs

      • Ages 5-10: 6-6:45 pm

      • Ages 11-18: 6:45-8pm

    Evening practices begin June 15th

    • Mon-Fri

      • Ages 11-18: 8:300-9:30am

      • Ages 7-10: 9:30-10:15am

      • Ages 5-6: 10:15-11am
