Share-A-Meal Art Show

Winchester Country Club is pleased to announce an upcoming Art Show on November 22, 2024, from 5:30 PM to 8:00 PM, with proceeds benefiting the club’s community initiative, Share-A-Meal. Organized by Karen Fraizer, a WCC member and Share-A-Meal volunteer, this event is an opportunity to support local artists while contributing to a meaningful cause.

The show will feature an array of carefully selected artworks from regional artists, displayed throughout the club. Guests are invited to enjoy hors d’oeuvres and take advantage of a cash bar while exploring the exhibits. Attendees will also have the opportunity to meet the artists during the opening night reception.

30% of all art sales will be donated to the Share-A-Meal program, an initiative launched by former Winchester Country Club Board President Gerry Caffrey in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. Originally created to provide meals to local nonprofits during challenging times, the program continues to serve the community on a monthly basis. It is proudly run and operated by Winchester Country Club members, benefiting organizations such as the Winchester Rescue Mission, The Salvation Army, and Kids Club of the Northern Shenandoah Valley, among others.

Art purchases can be made online, offering a convenient way for guests to support both the artists and Share-A-Meal. Sales will continue online through Christmas.

Attendance is free, but space is limited. RSVP is required, and only 150 tickets are available for the event.
