Play-by Dates:

• 1st Round, Sunday, April 13

• 2nd Round, Sunday, April 27

• 3rd Round, Sunday, June 1

• 4th Round, Sunday, July 6     

• 5th Round, Sunday, August 3    

• 6th Round, Sunday, August 24     

Per USGA Rules of Golf, the Committee has established a time limit within each round must be completed for the Two Man Championship.  Competitors are allowed to arrange a date and time of their match prior to the time limit and then play the match accordingly.  If the match is not played on an agreed upon date and time prior to the deadline, the dates above with a 2:00pm start for rounds 1,2,3,4,5 and a 10:00am start for round 6 will stand as the official starting times.

Eligibility: Open to amateur male club members with golf privileges who have reached the age of 13 by March 9, 2025 with a valid USGA Handicap.

Format: Net Four Ball Match Play, Single Elimination,  Rounds 1-5 are 18-hole matches.  Round 6 will be 36-holes.

Tees: Matches will be contested from the Gold Tees. Competitors have the option of playing from the Green Tees. Competitors playing from the Green Tees must do so for all rounds in the tournament. Competitors may not switch back and forth from the Gold to Green tees for matches.

Scheduling: All rounds will follow the play-by date format. Please refer to the document “Policies for Tournament Sign-up and Play-by Dates” for details.

Field: The field is limited to 64 teams, on a first come first served basis.  The Defending Champions, Dustin Butcher & Drew Forte, will be awarded the #1 seed. The Runners-Up, Darwin Anderson & Greg Sowers, will be awarded the #2 seed. All other seeds will be completed by using the 2024 Player of the Year Points season end ranking for those registered for the event.  For the Two Man Championship, the aggregate Player of the Year rank for the team will determine the seed. Ties for seed from a tie in Player of the Year Points rank will be broken by a draw of lots.  Members with no points/rank from the 2024 Player of the Year Points List will be given a rank of last rank + 1 for the Two Man Championship.  Late entries and changes to team composition will not be accepted after the close of entries given the seeding procedure.

Handicaps: Players will receive 90% of their course handicap for each match based on the most recent handicap revision.  The playing handicaps of all four players are reduced by the playing handicap of the player with the lowest handicap, who shall then play at scratch.  The other players will receive 100% of the difference.

Ties: In the event a match finishes all square after the stipulated round(s), play will immediately continue, starting at Hole #1, hole by hole until a winner can be determined.  Handicap strokes will be allocated as they were during the original stipulated round.

Prizes: All prizes will be awarded in Golf Shop credit. The Champions and Runners-up will receive an invitation to awards night.

Entry Fee: $32.00 per player  (Entry includes Prizes & Trophies)

Player of the Year Points Event: 150 Champion, 100 Runner-Up, 75 Semi-Finalist, 50 Quarter-Finalist, 25 Round of 16, 10 Participation
