REGISTRATION FORM:

Divisions: Boys and Girls 12, and under, 14 and under, 16 and under, and 18 and under.

Format: Round Robin play or double elimination, depending on size of draw! Max 8 players per division. One 8 game pro set with regular scoring!

• The winner and runner up will receive medals and bragging rights.

• Balls are provided for each match.
