Play-by Dates:

• 1st Round, Saturday, May 17

• 2nd Round, Saturday, June 14

• 3rd Round, Saturday, July 5

• 4th Round, Saturday, August 2

Per the USGA Rules of Golf, the Committee has established a time limit within each round must be completed for the Super Senior
Two-Man. Competitors are allowed to arrange a date and time of their match prior to the time limit and then play the match
accordingly. If the match is not played on an agreed upon date and time prior to the deadline, the dates above with a 2:00pm start
for rounds 1-4 will stand as the Official Starting Time.

Eligibility: Open to amateur male club members that are age 65 or older as of April 14, 2024.

Format: Four Ball Match Play, Net. Single Elimination. All matches are scheduled for 18-holes.

Tees: Combo Tees

Scheduling: All rounds will follow the play-by date format. Please refer to the document “Policies for Tournament Sign-up and
Play-by Dates”.

Field: The Defending Champions, Gary Thomey & Jeff Winslow, will have the #1 seed and Defending Runners-Up, Carroll Correll
& Kunduck Moon, will have the #2 seed. All other match play seeds will be determined by random draw.

Handicaps: All players will receive 90% of their course handicap to create the playing handicap. The Playing Handicap of the player
with the lowest handicap, will then play at scratch. Each of the three other players is allowed 100 % of the difference of the Playing
Handicap.

Ties: In the event a match finishes all square after 18 holes, play will immediately continue, starting at Hole #1, hole by hole until a
winner can be determined. Handicap strokes will be allocated as they were during the first 18 hole

Prizes: All prizes will be awarded in Golf Shop credit.

Entry Fee: $13.00 per player (Entry includes Prizes only)
