Albariño is a Portuguese grape, native to the Miño River region, which separates Galicia & the Rias Baixas DO from Portugal. Albariño has a characteristic citrus aroma & high acidity.

Winemaker Notes
Light, shiny rose in color. Beautiful floral aromas fill the air full of Hibiscus and red current. The mouthfeel is fruit driven with ripe apple flavors and more Hibiscus notes. There is a very satisfying vibrancy and almost a vanilla character. Yet the finish stays elegant and refreshing and the bright acidity and the lovely CO2 mousse provides a perfect balance and almost a dry finish. This is a very outgoing and giving cider with lavish Hibiscus fruit, great structure and finesse.
Food Pairing Notes
Best served chilled, this slightly effervescent cider makes an able companion to a wide variety of foods—hors d’oeuvres, salads and cheeses—as well as fruit pies and tarts. Pair it with grilled meat (especially pork), seafood or vegetables, too. Or just enjoy it on its own!

The first sip of the California Böen Pinot Noir envelops the mouth with a velvety richness. Flavors of bright cherry, dried herbs and hints of vanilla, is supple and sumptuous, to the finish.
For our Elouan Rosé, we bring together fruit from three distinct terrains along Oregon’s premiere Western vineyards. The diversity of these cool climate areas combined with an elongated growing season creates wine with intensity of fruit flavor, structure, and a fresh vibrant acidity. This is a bespoke rosé where grapes were grown and harvested with the specific intention of making rosé; and not a saignée rosé, which can be a by-product of making red wine. This wine should be enjoyed very well chilled. It is finished with a screwcap to preserve the crisp, clean aromas and tastes, and is a great choice for outdoor occasions: picnics, lunch on the patio, or enjoyed on its own as an aperitif.
The 2021 Elouan Chardonnay boasts an abundant floral aroma, light oak, and a medley of citrus, white pear, tropical fruit and a touch of nectarine. With bright acidity and a smooth mouthfeel, it culminates in a lingering, bright finish. Pale straw yellow in color, this is a beautiful wine from sight to sip. Pairs well with pan seared scallops with linguine, garlic scampi or chicken piccata.
Fresh and exquisitely balanced, straw-yellow in color, it has a delicate aroma of green apples and white flowers. The flavor is quiet but very fresh, with notes of pears, apples, and citrus. Our Prosecco Extra Dry is a true sparkling Venetian white wine as it was meant to be experienced.
Produced in the the spectacular Lake Garda area. Pale lemon-green in color, Lugana offers appealing notes of peaches, citrus, bananas, and herbs, which are underscored by crisp acidity and supple body on the palate.
Cotes de Provence-A brilliant coral pink color, Fleur de Mer evokes aromas and flavors of fresh watermelon, cherry, subtle citrus, peach, lavender and Mediterranean herbs. It is medium-bodied, fresh and elegant with a soft texture and mineral finish. Balanced and refreshing acidity.
Brancaia TRE is a blend of 80% Sangiovese and 20% Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. The wine pairs well with various pasta dishes, roasted or boiled white meat, poultry and roasted or grilled fish.
A dense matrix supports black cherry, iron, earth, tobacco and coffee flavors in this beefy red. Tips toward the tannins in the end, but stays in line. Drink now through 2028.
White pepper, lemon blossom and fresh ginger notes are vibrant and expressive, with a mouthwatering core of lime, pomelo, lemon balm and lemongrass lingering on the finish.
