Competitors have the option of registering for the Championship Flight or the Numbered Flight(s)

• Round of 8 Matches: Saturday, August 23

• Semifinal Matches: Saturday, August 30

• Finals: Monday, September 1

The Committee has established a time limit for the Quarterfinal Matches for all flights. Competitors are allowed to arrange a date & time for their Quarterfinal Match only, prior to the time limit and then play the match accordingly. If the match is not played on an agreed upon date and time prior to the deadline of 7:00pm on Friday, August 22, 2025 the starting time set by the Committee for play on August 23 will stand as the official Starting Time. This rule is for Quarterfinal Matches only. Semifinal and Final matches will be played on the day & time as set by the Committee.

Format:

• Individual Match Play, Gross, Single Elimination

• Each match is an 18-hole stipulated round

• Maximum of 8 players per flight

Match Play Draw Championship Flight:

• Defending Champion, Barb Wickerham, will be the #1 seed for the Championship Flight. All other seeds for the Championship Flight will be done from low to high handicap index using the July 27, 2025 index.

• If more than 8 members register to play in the Championship Flight, the member(s) not having the 7 lowest handicaps will be placed in the Numbered Flight(s).

Match Play Draw Numbered Flight(s):

• Seeds for the Numbered Flight(s) will be done from low to high handicap index using the July 27, 2025 index.

Tees: Red Tees

Handicaps: Handicaps will be used to flight players. Handicaps will not be used in the play of the matches. Matches are played at scratch.

Ties: Should any match be all square after 18 holes, play will continue immediately,

starting at the 1st hole, until a winner can be determined.

Entry Fee: $32.00 per player, entry includes prizes

Player of the Year Points Event

• Championship Flight: 150 pts Champion, 100 pts Runner-Up, 75 pts Semifinalist, 10 pts Participation

• Numbered Flight: 125 pts Champion, 75 pts Runner-Up, 50 pts Semifinalist, 10 pts Participation

Awards Night: The champion and runner-up for each flight will receive an invitation to Awards Night.
