Match Schedule:

• Round of 8 Matches: Saturday, August 24

• Semifinal Matches: Saturday, August 31

• Finals: Monday, September 2

Registration Options:

• Competitors may register for either the Championship Flight or the Numbered Flight(s).

Time Limit for Quarterfinal Matches:

• A time limit is established for Quarterfinal Matches.

• Competitors may arrange their Quarterfinal Match by the deadline of 7:00pm on Friday, August 23, 2024.

• If not played by the agreed date and time, the Committee's set time for August 24 will be the official Starting Time.

• Semifinal and Final matches to be played as scheduled by the Committee.

Format:

• Individual Match Play, Gross

• Single Elimination

• 18-hole stipulated round per match

• Maximum of 8 players per flight

Match Play Draw - Championship Flight:

• #1 Seed: Defending Champion Bev Corrigan

• Other seeds based on low to high handicap index using the July 28, 2024 index.

• If more than 8 register for Championship Flight, additional members placed in Numbered Flight(s).

Match Play Draw - Numbered Flight(s):

• Seeds based on low to high handicap index using the July 28, 2024 index.

Tees:

• Red Tees

Handicaps:

• Used for flighting players.

• Matches are played at scratch.

Ties:

• In case of a tie after 18 holes, play continues immediately from the 1st hole until a winner is determined.

Entry Fee:

• $32.00 per player (includes prizes)

Player of the Year Points Event:

• Championship Flight: 150 pts (Champion), 100 pts (Runner-Up), 75 pts (Semifinalist), 10 pts (Participation)

• Numbered Flight: 100 pts (Champion), 50 pts (Runner-Up), 25 pts (Semifinalist), 10 pts (Participation)

Awards Night:

• Champion and runner-up for each flight receive an invitation to Awards Night.
